Dark Revelry not providing correct Power buff

1) Log in to a level 60+ Scourge Warlock
2) Put 5 points into Dark Revelry in the Temptation paragon path.
3) Unsummon companion.
4) Inspect your character sheet and note your Power stat.
5) Head to any zone with monsters.
6) Target a monster with any attack.
7) Attack the monster until you perform a life steal, triggering the feat Dark Revelry.
8) Quickly inspect your character sheet and note your Power stat.

Observed Result:
Power stat is not increased by the advertised 20%. Only the subset Power stat "Items" is increased by 20%. This results in Dark Revelry providing a significantly reduced benefit.

Expected Result:
The Power stat should be increased by 20%.

Compare the Dark Revelry tooltip to a Trickster Rogue's Shadowborn feat. Shadowborn accurately increases your Power stat by 100%, not a subset of your Power stat.

Not that I am aware of. The benefit of Dark Revelry does not include the itemized "Buffs" stat, which is most likely your largest contrubiting factor to your overall Power stat, especially in groups.
